Method 1:
Using web.whatsapp,com

2. From your PC browser open web.whatsapp.com
3. A page will be displayed showing a BarCode
4. Use WhatsApp on your Phone to Scan the Code

Mrthod 2:
Using BlueStacks

BlueStacks is a System Application that allows you to Install and Run Android Applications on PC
1. Download Bluestacks 
2. Download Whatsapp APK
3. Install BlueStacks and the WhatsApp APK
